01

Make the red telegraph your first callout

A red laser or other strong telegraph is a movement instruction before it is a damage opportunity. Stop attacking early enough to see the exit, then re-enter after the pattern finishes.

In co-op, call the telegraph once and move together. Four players reacting in four directions create more danger than the original attack.

02

Dodge and parry are different jobs

Use dodge to leave a bad position and parry only when the timing and recovery are understood. A missed parry should not also remove the route's only escape.

Practice the same enemy in an empty room: watch the cue, press the defensive input, and note the distance you have after the animation. That distance is the useful result.

03

Spend stamina like a resource

Do not drain stamina to finish one extra attack. Keep enough for the next movement decision, especially when a room has ranged pressure or a boss is about to change phases.

A safer rotation often has fewer attacks but better recovery. Record the moment you can safely return instead of only counting hits.
